Some minor changes.
-added a door in the Warehouse
-added a window perch in the garages overlooking Intersection
-added some rubble to Rails
-prettied up a few things here and there
-added metadata

Second Update: More minor prop tweaks and terrain refinements. Main differences are:
-Added some boxes in lieu of the concrete barrier in the grassy courtyard in front of the warehouse
-added an extra floor and an accessible roof to the red building by rooad flag.
