Since there is no hope of seeing the RDRD in the near future, I have now added a relatively rough content of the European Spring that I made a long time ago, including 9 focuses and some related ideas .( After the release of RDRD, the parts that cannot be integrated will be removed.)

Added 20 news primarily related to France.

Benin can now only obtain the core of Lagos after France completes the focus of reaching an agreement with Benin. After completing this focus, Nigeria can choose whether to declare war on Benin. Once Benin's surrender tendency is greater than 67%, Nigeria will reach peace with all belligerents and regain its former territories to the west of the Niger River.

Optimized the effects of some focuses related to inviting countries to join factions. Now, instead of directly adding by focus effect, it triggers an event for the target.
