PATCH NUMBERO 30!!!!!

Stat adjustments:
-1 Damage to all resolve level equipment
+3 health to all resolve level equipment
Iai: -2% crit
In Mode One-handed: Now has riposte to scale (75-95) (yes vintage, you can put away the divorce papers)

Fixes:
Fixed numbers in riposte tooltips not scale correctly
Fixed missing tooltip defining buff rule "in mode one handed"

Reworks and changes:
Reworked Dojigiri (Special thanks to Distyle for doing new Russian localization for this rework)
Reworked Holy Moonlight Sword
New Skill icon for quickstep counter
