Normalized the Sounds volume because they were too loud in game.

Added the Merc Tag for Steam Listing!

Images Updated. Original Face Image Quality changed, Updated and used.
Voice Files Normalised, Quality increased, Volume decreased (they were too loud).
A couple of commands might still be a tiny bit louder but still not as loud as before.

Now full voiced with partially specials when it comes to her Brother Larry.
Also changed her Equipment to her original Equips she had in JA1.

Rerelease after the patch since the release patch had deactivated the merc spec
