Added "Ballista" unit to Barbarian Factions and Seleucid Faction (Blacksmith level 1), Added "Tavern" and "Bardic Circle" building to Thrace faction (Thracian Mercenaries now recruited at Tavern instead of Trade) Horse Archer (Bardic Circle), Horse Archer also available for Dacia (Bardic Circle) and Seleucid (Level 3 Archery Range).
