Added 2 potholes.

Added fresh patches of asphalt to where the road works were.
Moved Airport road bus stop foward because it was hard for bus 2 to dock correctly.

Fixed issue where part of a sign keept falling off when softpinned.

Fixed again issue where the minor road works on Zeti St were too low for the cover. (It didnt work the first time and i forgot to look)

Since winter is ending, we can now start fixing up the roads that the plows damaged.
Oshima St and Bokkun Rd is closed for road works and is expected to be finished by May 5th of this year.
This means that the Chaotix Rd bus stop will be skipped by bus 1 & 2 since this stop is on Oshima St.
There are also minor road works on Zeti St. They too are expected to end by May 5th since all our work force is focused on bigger work sites.

You can access the work site by using the Road work access # E123 on Oshima North.
The cone and the barrier aside the access sign can be moved by hand even when the cover is hard pinned.
Please move them in a safe place and put them back when no trucks need to pass in the work site.
