Small tweaks and fixes.

New Beret model by Romka, replacing the Black Mesa one because its HQ without it being too HQ for the rest of the body, and assorted Lods.

Further model tweaks and changed the shader for the glasses and goggles glass from "UnlitGeneric" to "VertexLitGeneric" so it no longer is fullbright in the dark.

Skeleton optimizations in regards to the 4th Lod, mainly bones that arent used much outside of very specific animations, base, Lod 1, 2, and 3 still have them though, and better ragdoll settings directly from the source files for Barney, Black Mesas settings were always super stiff and had too much weight to them and other oddities, now a explosion will properly propel the model farther.

Removed straps from first helmet, mainly from how badly made they were and to reduce clipping with other bodygroups.

Made gasmask lens transparent and added a material proxy to cause it to flicker slightly cause it looks cool.

Will remove the straps on Helmet_01 when i have the time since they are badly made anyway and conflict with a lot of bodygroup options.

Tweaks to gasmask to remove slight z-buffer when farther away (not relating to Lods), and removed extra bones from the beret both to save slightly on space and to reduce issues.

New M40 Gasmask Model and assorted Lods to replace the existing one, fits better than the PMC pack one with some editing to avoid peering inside of it with some angles, and adjusted some bodygroups a tiny bit.

Remade body Lods in a similar manner to how i did the bodygroup ones for visual consistency, also fixes some visual bugs.

Added illumination to the NVG textures and some envmap/phong masks.
