Full Character Codex!

Blaster now has 3 shot types that all cost 1 battery. All shots move at the same speed so they all have the same threat range the turn they are fired.
Shots behave differently when colliding with another shot or attack.
Ricochet - Bounces off surfaces towards opponent. Short lived when blocked. Attack to aim with DI and make unparryable. Split into two homing shots when hitting another shot
Bolt - Harder hitting, reacts to the floor like being blocked, lingers longer. Aims with DI and becomes unparryable when hit or hitting another shot
Proximity - Can't hit til it stops. Can be broken, but stays active a long time. Attack to aim with DI and make unparryable. turns into a higher damage multi-hitting field when hitting another shot

Certain attacks can absorb a blaster shot to be boosted instead of deflecting shots
-if cancelled before the boosted effect occurs, this can be stored
Sweep, Spin Slash, Wing Strike, Blazing Launch, Vortex, and Pierce

Physical strikes now have custom hitsparks

Hustle resets cooldown for overcharger and restores 1 blaster charge.

Flight momentum is not applied during hitlag or blockstun.

flight disabled when blocking or using dodge roll
Aerial block disadvantage is -1 instead of the standard -2

Beam is now a level 0 super, usable during Overcharger. Requires 3 ammo.
Beam shot can now be parried with melee timing.
Beam timing sped up f16 -> f13

Seeker detonates on impact for it's last pass.

Sunder 2nd hit has increased recovery when parried

Wing strike has increased recovery after being blocked if held.

Harpoon is now air attack invulnerable on initiative f4-f13

New Blaster mechanics (part1)*
Blaster only fires one shot but instead can change shot types. Each level costs an extra stock from the battery
Currently 2 types, 3rd is in the works.
level 1 is the same basic shot
level 2 is faster and does not break on projectiles, but does not bounce off sides of the stage
Both level 1 and 2 shots will "deflect" off soft block, parry, and stage sides if no bounces are left.
deflected shots are harmless to the opponent.
Shots can be hit with **any** attack to boost them and launch based on DI.
Once boosted they become unparryable, are stronger, and cannot be hit again.

*This is the first part of a larger blaster overhaul. More to come "soon"

Beam is now only available in Overcharger install. Costs 3 battery and immediately ends the install
Does more damage and is unparryable, but does soft knockdown instead of hard.

Hustle now grants full flight meter and one battery charge.
It also ends Overcharge and resets it's cooldown fully.
