- Changed name to Milsim HUD
- Added new 'Hide all' keybind. Works the same as the standard keybind with all addon options unticked. Used for switching between Minimal HUD and Full HUD if using addon options.

- Removed CBA setting for ScriptedHUD. Have set it to always be enabled, turns out there's no actually need to disable. Pog. That setting sucked ass anyway.
