Added Mad Scientist to the spawn point LUA.
Added "Emergency Maneuvers" and "Helmsman" to Renegade Extended's Extended Primary talents to help with Helm skill.
Added new talent "Pilot" to Captain Extended's Primary and Renegade Extended's Extended Primary, which gives bonuses for Helm skill.

Added new extended job: Mad Scientist (Toxicologist)
Changed Alexandria into Mad Scientist, and updated her known talents list.
Changed Toxicologist Extended's Doctor talent "Delivery System" to a choice of "Bloody Business" or "What a stench" ("Delivery system" was redundant, all it does is unlock the "advanced syringe gun", which is already done by Toxicologist talent "Tools of the trade")
Changed Shaft's known talent of "Delivery System" to "Bloody Business".
