Fixing the bug where neither kentucky or WV would trigger their civil wars.

Gave focus trees to:
-The Confederacy.
-Texas.
-Florida.

Made airborne tanks a frontline unit.
Fixed bugs with air research.
Now helicopters can't kill jets.
Now the stealth module can only be unlock through stealth construction instead of plane construction.
Added air to sea missiles.
Fixed a bug with the send volunteers gui not showing which armies you could send.
Fixed Amerika reich getting the wrong leader.
Fixed a province bug with a province in Texas.
