Fix Wrong references causing Lua errors

- Add new model

• You can add what ever model you like, the censor effect will show up

• Update trigger name hook for detect Guth SWEP SCP-096

• Convar params are saved between each session of a game (with the same server)

• Add SCP:CB SNPCs in the list of models managed by default.

• Fix an error lua, var nil

• Remove option in tool menu for enabled or not the censor effect
  
• Add a convar for manage if the censor effect is enabled or not
