Remade all flatbed, dropdeck, lowboy, and other open deck trailer def files to use the new cargo system

- Updated cargoes that each company can spawn with
- Companies now use different flatbed trailer lengths and axle configurations from each other
- Temporarily removed the boat trailer from the Sea Horizon truck, because I could not get it to appear on the trailer with the new cargo system

- Fixed maximum speed on some Ford Transit vans being set too low

Fixed game crash issue caused by having too many traffic trailer types when this mod and my Fictional Company Traffic Pack were used together

- Moved freight market versions of trailers into a separate mod linked on the main page
