finishing polish and fixes

Fixed what i broke :(

So many fixes
vent fixed
light clipping fixed
bloon bounds added
UVS fixed
occlusion added (please test)

Fixed lots:
shotgun has proper ammo loaded
vans now have texture
more lights added
blinds work
bathrooms now have toilet and sink

fixed Krimbopples buglist:
- oob discrepancies
- fixed light bleed on door and everything else

Fixed guard loadout.
fixed random item drop in specified rooms.

fixed lighting added drops

to do:
- texture the white objects:
- restaraunt tables
- vehicles
- towel bins by the pool

Blank models still need textures
doors dont clip
round timer added
fixed oob void
