changed the way icons are sent to server/client by adding a received confirmation to avoid sending files too fast instead of having a timer with 0.5s delay

fixed positioning of screenshot camera, added new concommand to deativate automatic map switching after taking a screenshot, deactivated physgun and glow during screenshots
