fixed some small bugs, added a cache for mounting maps from maplist

generating a maplist out of the most requested map icons from the central database will try downloading them automatically from the workshop

added notification on how many maps from maplist are left, extended the file search path to all subfolders of super_mapicon_maker, made it so that clicking on a map in maplist copies it to the clipboard
