fixed hook error when player is not an Admin

made upload button depending on current directory to make handling easier

added new buttons to file browser to allow uploading PNGs on click

added file browser for easier overview of files

added new convar to set whether or not to automatically switch map after making screenshot

added new screenshot preview through ConVar and added prevention of too big images trying to be sent through net

hopefully no bugs anymore
