Accidentally uploaded the wrong package (whoops)

Added Frostbite.

Adjusted Viewmodels.

Fixed Saltshotgun not loading shells properly when spamming mouse button.

Fixed unintentional higher damage for Project X and Spectral Cannon.

Removed Saltshotgun decals (for now).

Fixed icons for Fast Reload and Extended mag attachments being switched.
