v1.2: the update where i removed the ability to projectile spam and made dair not busted

-added miiverse compatability with 3 posts (i should make more most of these suck)
-you can no longer act out of nspecial leap if you get parried (twas a bug)
-fixed overhead gui during entrance

-dair max movement speed reduced, speed eases into a max of 3 hsp in either direction during startup
-dair endlag (hit): 20 > 28
-fair landing lag: 5(8) > 7(11)
-nair startup: 5 > 7
-fspecial cooldown: 24 > 90
-dspecial cooldown: 60 > 120

-as cooldown is increased on noises projectiles, icons now appear on the gui indicating when each move is active

this has a rather old bunch of stuff but i pushed it out quickly because of a nasty bug and that heatwave has him
im genuinely sorry this is months old and i don't know if i made any changes to this besides adding 3 alts.
so for the stuff i do know atleast:
- Added Perfect Pepper alt
- Added Criminals Beware! alt
- Added Salted Crackers alt
- Fixed bug which allowed The Noise to move freely about half a second before the start countdown ends
