Some visual and balance updates for Dragon Dawn patch:

Made a few unit modularity adjustments to accommodate the new lizardfolk forms.

Mind Whip (Succubus ability) can no longer affect heroes.

Reduced upkeep reduction of Servile to -25%.

Added new icon and visuals for the Black Market.

Fixed compatibility issues with Anya's Arcanum mod.

Added Tome art.

Arcana Scavengers - Removed. The knowledge gain from this skill was way out of line for a tier 1 tome and I don't think a number adjustment would have been enough to make it balanced. (I will be working on new ideas to replace it)

Phantom Dash - Now restores the unit's action points up to 50% (down from 100%). This results in the unit being reset to 2 action points, allowing two uses of a repeating action or one move followed by a single action.

Crime Lord - Now grants +25 gold income (down from +30).

Mortal Blades - Now causes up to 3 enemies within 2 hexes to have base 60% chance to become Weakened on kill (was previously all units within 2 hexes).

Conjure Alluring Phantasm - Summon duration is now 4 turns (down from 5).

Cult of Pleasure - Now grants +2 mana per adjacent Farm or Forester (down from +3), and 20% of Mana income as City Stability (down from 25%).

Courtesan Agents - Now grants +400 Free City Relations (down from +600).
