v1.3 Changed the %Credit Bonus, Salvage Point Bonus, and Deployed Tonnage numbers to green on the Deployment screen when Under Tonnage is active.

v1.2 Minor change to correct an issue when Deployment screen shows a bonus of 1 Salvage Point but the post mission screen displays 0. Changed round function to floor to match.
