- Shooting a wasted NPC on the head will now trigger the effect as well.

- Completely rewrote the addon from scratch.

- Removed a lot of useless code, made the entire addon as compact as possible.

- Sparks occasionally emitting from an incorrect position have been fixed.

- Changed spark effect to "cball_bounce" for more punchiness.

- Removed unnecessary debugging code left in accidentally.

- Changed the impact sparks from "ManhackSparks" to "MetalSpark" to tone down the effect a little.

- Fixed Barnacle death particles being partially broken when this mod was enabled.
