-Added support for new Chaos Daemon, Chaos Warrior, and Norscan factions added by ChaosRobie's Old World and Immortal Empires Expanded mods

Bugfix
- Restored missing Immortality and Mentor skills to War Cultists when recruited by certain factions
- Fixed Brass Cultist's movement bonus skill when recruited by certain factions
- Deathbell Cultists recruited by certain factions can now only improve movement, as intended

- Fixed the agent skills of Cultist of Brass when recruited by Warriors of Chaos to properly match that faction.

Patch 4.0 (Shadows of Change)
- Updated all skill trees to the new system introduced in Patch 4.0.
- Enabled recruitment of the Cult Oracle for The Changeling.
