Peppino is having trouble keeping up with characters such as Mario and Peter. Peppino simply isint the fastest character anymore, and has dropped off significantly. This update is meant to speed him up, give him proper combos and to allow forward throw to finally kill. Im not too dead set on the changes and will probably nerf some things, but any hesitation would have let Peppino rot in lower tiers - so I want to see if something is broken before taking it away. Especially since I let Kirby Up Tilt go rampant, it's only fair.
