Peppino gets some move cancel properties, but what I'm really excited for is that his down B now operates like his original game - becoming a counter

+Jab can now be attack canceled upon hit

+Nair can now be attack canceled upon hit

+Dair can now be attack canceled upon hit

+Fair can now be attack canceled upon hit

+Dtilt can now be attack canceled upon hit

+Neutral B hitbox size increased

+Neutral B hitstun increased

+Forward Throw power increased from 7 to 8

+Down B now has a counter property

[Universal Damage Update]

All damage values have been increased and kill moves increased in power:

Up A:1->2
Down A: 1->2
Running A: 8->12
Forward Air: 2->4
Up Air: 6->9
B: 1->4
Up B: 3->9
Back Throw: 4->6
Up Throw: 8->12
Down Throw: 8->10

[Hyper Wave Dash]

Peppino can now do the hyper wave dash - which sends him farther and allows him to use smash attacks in midair (if wave dash is angled upwards)

+Side B grab hitbox comes out 2 frames sooner

+ Landing has 1 less frame of lag

+ Jab 2 hitbox now lingers for two frames instead of 1

+ Down Tilt hitbox size increased

+ Down Air has increased hit stun, a slightly larger hitbox, starts 1 frame sooner and ends 10 frames sooner

+ Neutral B can now be attack canceled in the air as well as the ground and ends 1 frame sooner

+ Down B on ground can now be attack canceled on its last frame, allowing for a more generous window to spam taunt

+ Spot dodge invincibility starts 1 frame sooner and ends 1 frame later

= Improved smearing on some animations

+Increased hitbox size on Up Tilt so that it now hits from the body as well as the head (its not bigger outside that, just longer lower)

+Neutral Special can now be attack canceled, even into itself, making the move better mimic the original game

(Note: attack cannot cancel into itself anymore as Smack Studio has removed moves canceling into themselves universally. Its okay I dont think it was that practical of a move, in the modern day it is now balanced accordingly - just wanted to give a head up to whoever is reading this)
