Added new parameters to the server config.

Sec Cooldown - This parameter is responsible for cooldown for spawn points. Measured in seconds.


cooldownForVip - This parameter is responsible for whether cooldown will apply to VIP players. 0 = no, 1 = yes


cool down For Random - This parameter is responsible for whether it is possible to spawn on disabled points when randomly selected. 0 = no, 1 = yes.

I recommend to recreate the server config, having previously saved your spawn points in separate places.
