Added the ghostly flintlock, earthen gauntlet and bloodstained scythe.

Removed the standard versions of the weapons (the non-possessed variants).

The reason for this is that there are now 16 different weapons and it seemed kind of redundant to have an extra 16, slightly weaker versions of them. I'd recommend deleting any of the standard weapons you might have in your game before updating otherwise it will throw up an error.
