An attempt to get this working

Another attempt to get the campaign working, this time updating the mission file.

Second attempt to get map working.

Added the campaign to the Worksop, have to iron out things such as getting it to be recognised by L4D2 as a Campaign.
Several textures are missing, sound like the music isn't working, nav mesh works but may break things.
