* Fixed cutscene cameras being forced into your pov due to thirdpersonshoulder, should fix intros and finale cinematics.

* Sniper scopes now go back into firstperson to avoid your body getting in your way. You will go back into thirdpersonshoulder mode upon unscoping.
* Added third-person shoulder shotgun sound fix. Should not cause conflicts with most existing third-person shoulder fix mods.

* Lowered camera down so you don't look like you're wearing a camera on top of your head and your aim isn't lowered down from the crosshair.
* Reused ValveBiped.forward bone. Less custom model compatibility but better results on working models.
(why do custom models keep missing fucking bones and attachments like COME ON it's hard enough dealing with bones and attachments in the first place)
