Overhauled the Silicon armor. This armor is a breakthrough research only available on Saltu. Increased the strength of the armor, only slightly less powerful than the Cyberpunk armor. Protects against toxic ash and rain.

Added a new expedition to potentially unlock research for silicon armor.

Added new weapon graphics for Cypher's weapon, the cyberpunk sniper and the cyberpunk pulse rifle.

Added a new cyberpunk, Drake Rayburn. He is a silicon engineer and comes with the knowledge of silicon plant and silicon deposits.
