New Features

- Grand Coronation - This dilemma happens soon after establishing Absolute Monarchy. You can choose between the feudal, religious kingdom, or nationalist, Bonapartist empire
- The Tournament - This event can happen if you have an Absolute Monarchy, and low or no workplace safety laws. Will make everyone happy (except trade unionists) and bust tourism.

Bugfixes and Rebalance
- Punitive Expedition dilemma no longer crashes
- Absolute Monarchy now grants permanent emergency powers
- Absolute Monarchy's effects buffed, but are now influenced by Human Development (the lower the better, since impoverished, weak, and uneducated people make better servants)
- Military Order now correctly increases religious membership.

- Punitive Expedition - New dilemma You can order the army to crush peasant riots, at the cost of popularity and foreign relations.

- Peasant riots are now harder to fight.
