First release

Getting ready to leave on vacation and wanted to get this out.
More than likely, I will balance out the power, thrust, and cost of the mod at a later time, but I at least wanted to get it out for players to try out and possibly find any issues I may have missed.

Mod just adds new blocks, so it should not conflict with the vanilla game or any other mod unless another mod uses similar naming conventions.
