CONDUIT V2 (KINDA) PATCH NOTES:
-SHOCK STATE ADDED, A TEMPORARY STATE THAT UNLOCKS UNIQUE MOVES AND CAN BE ACTIVATED BY USING CERTAIN ATTACKS
-ELECTRIC SLIDE NORMAL ADDED
-MANY NEW SUPERS (like 3)
-SHOCK INSTALL ADDED (activates shock state at the cost of 50 overclock
-SFX FOR NORMALS OVERHAULED
-VFX LIGHTENED (a little)
-MORE HITSTUN CHANGES (most normals were nerfed and some supers were too, however some buffs to supers
-JOCKY NOW USES AN XYPLOT AND COSTS 0 SUPER METER (still costs 25 overclock)
-QUICK CHARGE ADDED
-MORE STUFF IN GENERAL

OVERCLOCK MECHANIC EXPLANATION (bc alot of guys asked for it):
OVERCLOCK is a meter that increases when you land hits or charge it with charge moves, at certain levels (specifically, 25, 50, 75, and 100/MAX) you gain access to certain supers

-Forgot to nerf updraft it was unpunishable on parry before and now it is
-Break charge is usable in the air (idk why it wasnt before)
-that's kinda it

Small Qol Update Before major V2 tweaks:
-Buffed Meter Gain
-Supers now cost OVERCLOCK and at least 1 super meter to use
-Fixed Bipolar Hitstun Hopefully (Thx TheBigSad)
