Update Version 1.0.1

- Added land crossings between Kumasi (1138), Gold Coast (1139), Denkyira (2257), and Cape Coast (2258) corresponding to their original map adjacencies. Now units can travel from the coast to inland West Africa without having to go through Benin.

- Tested and updated to latest version 1.37
