* Fix for some ACE Frostfeast Weaver recipes to unlock. The workers still probably won't wear the holiday outfit and hat, since some outfits are restricted due to not looking proper on Dragonborn and Cat citizens.

* Fallreach biome generation changed to use Gold Pine trees instead of normal pines, and also added Cactus trees.
* Restrict Cats and Dragonborn from getting ACE Candledark Vampire bitten buff.
