Added the following:

- Random Pilot Card bags
- Deck of cards for Solo missions
- Quickstart rules
- Critical Tables
- Pre-made Scenarios
- Solo rules

Also reorganized the board setup so player sides are cleaned up and only include pre-made units and other items needed to play the pre-made scenarios.

Included everything players need to make custom units as well.
