Changes

   - Added save player window open/close state and position preferences
   - Added compatibility with UdderlyNoCombatLogging mod
- Fix width of texts of overall kills and deaths
   - Fix delay for loading rankings for the first time logged in server
   - Change position of toggle button to auto adjust properly in menu
- Some spelling corrections

- Fixed the data loading of admin window
- Fixed game crashes on high font zoom setting
