Non-save game compatible update due to core changes in map tga files:
-Repositioned ports slightly in the following regions: Airgialla, Aileach (previous port was in impassible 'low mountains' tile), Middel Seaxe, and Hwicce.
-Fixed multiple invalid pixel values in ground types, climates, and map features.
-Added a brand new sandbox campaign. This campaign does not execute a starting script that tweaks difficulty based on what faction the player selects and buffs the AI. This sandbox campaign also increases starting money to $15k for all non-Viking factions.

- Fixed issue with fort placement causing CTDs -> Used Vanilla BI Remastered new fort definitions in descr_settlement_plan. Also placed starting forts and watchtowers in strat map from original OG mod.
