- Fixed the title for "Weapon Settings" being displayed as "Visual Recoil" and not it's appropriate title
- Added an option to split DLC perks into their own separate categories
- Added an option to enable or disable anachronistic weapon attachments (for an upcoming SWEP)

I made a little opsy and accidentally had the text for the "Crosshair" and "Sway" options flipped around. Fixed them to be in the correct spots now.
