Added 2 config options that disable revival cost and pre-burst cost respectively
All lizards can now jump (modified version of cyan's jump, weaker but still allows for more mobility), which is now bound to Jump (applies to cyan aswell)
Lizards, when holding the parasite, will no longer be afraid of Pole plants

Slugpups can now be carried on creatures' backs (only on vultures and lizards)
Pink lizards can now eat player edibles
More creature data is now saved when hibernating outside of shelters (maskless vultures continue to be maskless, etc)
Vultures no longer have full health regen (when not revived)
(probably) Vultures no longer drop or stop biting when initially stunned
Slightly extended Vulture's unconcious drop time
Vultures no longer randomly drop creatures they don't normally eat (ie. vulture holding a vulture, or normal vulture holding green lizard)
Fixed Lizards attacking controlled creatures they're afraid of after being attacked by them
Slug senses should now work while in a creature

Improved Scavenger creature carrying, they're now weight based

You no longer consume Slugpups when entering dens
You can now hibernate using Creature dens with a Slugpup in tow
Hibernating in dens now require you to press Jump instead of Throw

Lizards no longer have any regard for a Player's weight while carrying them (mostly due to a certain incident)
