-added support for single letter names in psf

-added support for using the first letter of a character's name to switch to them

-pretty much redid from scratch
-allowed for setting other survivors to a specific character
-allowed writing "!ps" instead of the full picksurvivor
-l4d1 survs will be treated as the real ones in l4d1 campaigns

-Hopefully fixed things

-Fixed l4d2 characters losing their voice in l4d1 maps on transition in the dumbest way possible. but you should expect that with code coming from me

-Fixed L4D2 survivors not having their correct voice in L4D1 campaigns.
