Add Visual Recoil Sandbox Option (Default - OFF)

Non-PVP존 옵션이 켜져 있는 경우, 플레이어가 둘 다 Non-PVP존에 있지 않을 경우에만 공격 가능하도록 변경

Change to allow players to attack each other only when both are not in the non-PVP zone.
(When sandbox non-pvp option is enabled)

바닐라와 비슷하게 조준 경험치를 얻도록 수정
