Added a rudimentary development of Islam to occur historically inspired by TFE when using 481 or earlier start dates.

1.13 UPDATE BETA:
- I do not recommend usage with MB+/MPE at this time (MPE base version recommended)
- Ragnar is now a landed adventurer in 841. It won't choose him directly but you can switch character to him. Trying to figure out what the bug is with it. (Not well tested either)
- Notice this mod is a lot larger than it used to be as I have followed the lead of MB+ and added cultures and ethnicities from EPE until that mod updates. This allows for much better culture and ethnicity in game.

- I plan to implement a way for Islam to develop. I will likely need to take inspiration from TFE to do this but I plan on adding the mechanic
- I always recommend usage with my Super Compatch as the Minority System alone from it makes the world more dynamic.
