Removed ability to pet creatures while flying

Fixed pet option showing on wild dinos when ini is set to off
removed pet option for equus and Hyena to prevent any conflicts with their vanilla taming method

Fixed: detection issue preventing some larger creatures being pet via hot key.
Added: Petting via hot key will apply buff to ridden dino.
New Feature! Added ability to tame wild dinos by petting with ini to disable and customize settings.
