-Added power to most scuba gear chests
-Reworked hull health (Balasts hull are set to 1000 to reduce the ai's need to go down there)
-Reworked deteriation on all electronics. Should be slower now and nothing will deteriorate to destruction
-Removed hull gap issues
-Switched top railgun and coilgun positions
-Switched heavy doors for normal ones as AI was unable to access them
