New features:
-Added controls to set charging behavior for batteries and capacitors (4 different charge curves ranging from laid back to super fast).
Rates are set to lower values when docked. to protect outpost reactors from sudden load changes (that the sub would normally handle easily). Undocking will restore previous choices. The core circuit is unchanged, but higher settings will reach higher charge rates much earlier than the fixed load curve used before, while lower settings will be slower but much easier on the power grid.

-Added button to lock terminal access, will also disable wifi voice commands (restricted to captain). Also, added similar docking clamp button to mine control system to prevent unauthorized launching of mines (restricted to captain and security).

-Various small visual fixes

- Added "buzzin" terminal command to make the reactor controller work properly when an engineer has this talent (completely forgot this is a thing now).
Crews have to keep track of wheter this talent is active, similar to the other upgrade commands. If it's not set correctly, the power output will be slightly off, the surge protector and battery controls won't run optimally (but there won't be a catastrophe either).

- Added default charge of one UEX to each drone.
Having them start out without any explosives felt cheap and like an unnecessary hurdle. The default stockpile of UEX in the security locker was reduced to compensate.
- Simplified the glowie nuclear fuel storage
- Change mine control button label from "Boom!" to "Detonate", this is a joyless and serious evil megacorporation after all.
