Few things:

- Added new section of area on the northern side.
- Replaced buildings and corrected colision.
- Added Skirmish routes.
- Added a dedicated AAS routes for vehicles.
- Sand on beaches.
- more splines for roads.
- some optimization.
- Map is being loaded by offset. it can probably cause issues with vehciles spawning in.
