Added support for Mod Options 4.0.

Thanks for dami and Pasha updated Mod Options.

Added support for temporary Mod Options.

You can subscribe temporary Mod Options by clicking the optional dependency.

Now mod can work on Brotato 1.0.

But due to Mod Options dependency, Mod Settings is unavailable currently.
