Update 2 for Germany!
- The expanded "general purpose" SS namelist still exists, but now there are separate namelists for SS infantry, motorized, mechanized, and armoured.
- Garrison Command namelist

Added Finland!
- Took out groups (= Ryhmä) and command detachments (=komennuskunta) from Garrison namelist into their own namelists. Garrisons are now called local troops (=paikallisjoukot)
