Added Wheelgun and Levergun, two new .38 weapons. The Levergun is tailored to act as a revolver-caliber primary weapon, while the Wheelgun is optimized toward close-quarters defense and versatility in its ability to load multiple types of .38 round at once due to its split up chamber, compared to the vanilla revolver.

Also made the Railrifle inflict recoil akin to the HMG, without an exosuit or proper skill.
